I'm not sure what all of you are playing but this game DOES have a relaxed mode. At least mine does. Although I opted to play in the normal mode for the challenge. Was it added after the comments or was it originally there? Don't know.
I prefer to be able to multitask though and not wait for one action to finish before clicking another. That slows you enough sometimes to prevent you from getting the gold status.

I haven't found any artifacts since I finished 2nd part of game and am missing parts to about three of them. Anyone know where they may be? Are there any in 3rd section?

Level 18 Hero Mode times out after about 10 seconds - no chance to do much of anything - definitely a glitz - happens every time.

There are numerous awards, two are "secret achievements". What are these? I have read the posts and tried it all and still don't get the 2 secret achievements. I have all the others.

I personally do not like You Tube walkthroughs because you have to watch everything you already went through or figured out on your own. I know you can skip ahead some but that sometimes messes up the video. Plus some of them are not complete. They only cover a portion of the game.
I'd rather have a written walkthrough with pictures of the puzzle solutions. But I only resort to it if I can't get anywhere after numerous tries.

CHAPTER 8: THE ESCAPE

Examine crates and take net and torch tip. Walk through door to analysis room.
Pick up thermometer. Place torch tip on cylinder to get torch Go to incubation room.
Examine aquarium and get canned food.
Examine room at top of stairs for Hidden Object scene.
Place missing ear stem to get glasses.
Remove condensation on glass to get clown.
You get an oar. Return to analysis room.
Block fan with oar. Take pliers and silver shark. Return to cave and examine crates.
Unsolder hatch with torch, move hatch and take crank. Walk you to pontoon room.
Place crank on handle, turn and open door. Walk through door for Hidden Object scene.
Open basket to find dragon.
Open case to get seashell.
You get axe. Examine floor crack and use pliers to get stained glass piece.
Examine buoy and get coral, pommel, and compass.
Examine Christopher’s body and take pen knife and read letter.
Return to cave. Hit lid of crates twice with axe to open and take coral.
Return to incubation room. Complete stained glass and pick up coral.
Return to analysis room. Place 3 corals on central piece of lab door.
Walk through door to marine lab. Examine basin and find all urchins.
Open sandbag with pen knife and pick up bowl. Read the letter.
Return to incubation room.
Place bowl under incubator and activate it. Get caviar.
Examine room at top of stairs for Hidden Object scene.
Wipe condensation to find star and lamprey.
You get saw. Return to pontoon.
Cut the buoy padlock with saw and open hatch to get capacitor.
Examine cage to play Hidden Object scene.
Close case to get violin and heart.
You get can opener. Return to analysis room. Examine oven.
Place thermometer, can opener, canned food, caviar, and urchins on table.
Place caviar in bowl.
Use can opener on canned food and the penknife to prepare urchins.
Mash mixture with potato masher. Collect mixture from bowl and rub it into flour.
Fill the pot with oil and put mixture in pot. Use ladle to take the rissole out of the pot.
Remove spines of urchins with tweezers and decorate the mouse with them.
Pick up cooked mouse and go to marine lab. Examine aquarium.
Feed plant with cooked mouse and take rubber gloves. Return to incubation room.
Open aquarium hood. Catch eel with net and rubber gloves and get gold shark.
Return to marine lab. Examine device.
Place eel in glass tube and capacitor in its pedestal.
Push lever down and pick up charged capacitor.
Return to cave and examine wagon door.
Place charged capacitor on lock and remove blanket.
Take hatch handle and place pommel on scepter and grab bronze shark. Return to marine lab.
Place gold shark on mechanism door. Repeat with silver and bronze shark.
Walk through door to submarine.
Take key from diving dress and return to pontoon.
Use key on chest and take bucket.
Examine cage for Hidden Object scene.
Close blanket to get bowling ball.
Place bottles in case to get dozen.
You get a metal brush. Go back to submarine.
Clean control panel switch with metal brush and activate it to play puzzle.
You need to push the marbles on the yellow boxes with the steam jets.
Activate the jets in the following sequence: 1-4-A-B-D-3-8-2-C-8 Enter submarine.
Examine hatch for Hidden Object scene. You get a hook. Return to pontoon.
Examine Christopher’s body and get lock with hook and take crystal formula.
Return to cave. Show formula to William. He gives you a badge. Return to submarine.
Examine hatch for Hidden Object scene.
Touch spider web to get spider.
Fix mirror to get frog.
You get a diving dress piece. Exit sub.
Place diving dress piece to open porthole and get hatch handle.
Open container and fill bucket with tar to get tar bucket. Return to sub.
Place the 2 hatch handles on hatch and get spatula.
Pour tar bucket into puddle and us spatula to stop the leak.
Place compass and badge on console. Push lever down to start sub.

CHAPTER 7: THE PASSAGE

Go toward train station. Remove blanket and take lever.
Examine room from apart to play Hidden Object scene.
Remove glove to get handprint.
You get a candle. Take the ladder and place it under door of train and enter train.
Take screwdriver and return to knowledge room.
On table, put candle in candlestick.
Pick up nails and remove screw with screwdriver to get key.
Go back to train station.
Place piece of rail and place nails on it. Hit every nail with sledge hammer.
Enter train. Use key on lock of case. Take lever.
Place pipe in tobacco pipe box and take incensory herbs.
Examine room from apart to play Hidden Object scene.
Light lantern to get flame.
You get a bell. Step back to knowledge room.
Open censer and place herbs inside. Close censer.
Take lever and return to train.
Place bell on hook and take lever.
Place 4 levers on control panel to launch puzzle.
Move the levers until the end of their respective roads to complete puzzle.
Pull the crank.

Hit glass twice with crossbar. Cut 2 cables with piece of glass.
Press button to open door. Go back to confinement room.
Examine luggage and insert small key in lock, turn, and open trunk.
Move papers and clothes and pick up memory disc.
Go back to waterfall. Walk through grids doors and go up stairway.
Pick up bulb and star. Cut thorns with billhook and grab lever.
Go back to waterfall. Examine pedestal and place lever and pull.
Go toward water room Pick up mushroom and take closet handle.
Turn valve and examine the compartment to play Hidden Object scene.
Use stone to break jar and find key.
You get pulley. Return to machine room. Place pulley on pedestal.
Examine platform and pick up pipe. Go back to water room.
Place missing pipe and turn valve. Take metal hook. Go back to waterfall.
Examine lever: pick up algae and flower. Return to machine room.
Examine grid and use metal hook to get hexagonal key.
Examine shelves for Hidden Object scene.
Find and join 2 pieces of heart for broken heart.
You get marble block. Examine chest and use hexagonal key in lock and turn it.
Move the cloth and pick up star. Go to botanical lab.
Place flower, algae, mushroom, and bulb on table. Light burner with lighter.
Remove foliage from bowl and put on burner.
Fill water bowl with jug. Place cloth on bowl.
Open bulb and chop ingredients with blade.
Place ingredients on cloth. Place jug on ingredients.
Put lid on vaporizer. Collect anti-corrosion oil.
Return to mechanical lab. Examine microscope pieces.
Use anti-corrosion oil on mirror. Open the ring and pick up mirror.
Go back to James room. Place closet handle on door. Open closet door and pick up memory disc.
Return to meditation room. Examine altar and place pattern piece on drawer.
Grab memory disc. Go to library. Examine observatory door and place the 2 stars in their holes.
Walk through door to observatory. Examine shelves for Hidden Object scene.
Activate switch to get electricity.
You get a crank. Put marble block on shelf.
Examine telescope and place crank and mirror on table to launch puzzle.
In order, touch all the stars to solve puzzle. Repeat twice.
You can go from one star to the other only using predefined paths and you can touch each star only once.
Pick up elders keys and return to main room. Examine charging hole at base of pedestal.
Place pink elders key on pedestal ad get charged elders key. Return to machine room.
Examine shelves for Hidden Object scene.
Rotate pipe to get mouse.
Use opener on paint container and dip wire inside to get blue wire.
You get a sundial. Walk to waterfall and up stairway.
Take pink charged elders key on pedestal. Examine cavity and pick up pearl.
Return to underground lab. Place pearl on chest, open and take moon dial.
Examine back of table for Hidden Object scene.
Place test tubes on rack to get test tubes.
You get mask. Go back to observatory.
Examine astronomical clock. Place sun and moon dials and pick up elders key.
Return to water room. Remove sheet and place 2 masks on closet. Move box and pick up feather.
Examine hole for Hidden Object scene.
Put 2 figurines together for hug.
You get metal rung. Return to waterfall.
Examine boat and remove buoy to get memory disc.
Place metal ring on hatch and open it.
Move shoe and grab feather. Move clothes and take life stone. Go up stairway.
Examine door and place the 3 feathers on emblem.
Walk through the door toward Knowledge Room. Pick up life stone.
Examine luggage, open bag, remove blanket and take elders key.
Examine statue, remove hat, open box, and take pen. Step back toward stairway.
Examine box and place pen in its hole and take elders key.
Go back to main room of temple. Examine charging hole at base of pedestal.
Place yellow elders key on pedestal and pick up charged elders key. Step back to main room.
Go to intercom. Insert (one at a time) the 4 memory discs into slot. Go back to knowledge room.
Examine altar and place the 4 charged elders keys in their holes to launch puzzle.
You need to align the symbols of the dial with the cursor in the correct sequence.
You also have to turn the dial in the direction indicated on the paper for each symbol.
Pick up stabilizer. Go back to main room. Place stabilizer in charging hole.

CHAPTER 5: INVESTIGATION
Take the valve and put it back in its place.
Examine the shelves for a Hidden Object scene.
Move the cloth to get one of the sisters.
You get spring. Examine the statue. Remove bark with wood chisel and grab skull.
Go back to James’ room. Examine the suitcase.
Move papers and remove double bottom with the spring.
Take the skull, the key, the mechanical flower, and the glass cutter.
Return outside in front of the temple.
Examine the bunch of rocks. Move the stone, dig with the shovel, and take the elders key.
Go toward the courtyard. Examine the hutch. Place the skulls on the pedestal.
Walk down toward underground lab.
Pick up the billhook, the instrument piece, and the feather.
Open the drawer. Move the cloth and get bird talon.
Examine back of table for Hidden Object scene.
Push lever down to get electricity.
Open coffin with crowbar to access bottle opener, gear, and syringe.
You get tile. Go back to meditation room. Examine the musical instrument.
Place the 3 instrument pieces and pick up the instrument. Go to the corridor.
Examine the missing tile and place in its hole.
Pick up life stone and mechanical flower. Go back to machine room.
Examine the android and place the instrument on its tray.
Walk through the door toward waterfall.
Examine mound of earth for Hidden Object scene.
Remove bucket to get cork; Open shell to get hermit crab;
Remove the lid from the barrel to get right hand.
You get mechanical flower. Step back to mechanical room.
Examine door. Place the 3 mechanical flowers on pedestal and press button.
Walk through door to botanical lab. Pick up life stone. Move leaf to find 2nd life stone.
Remove spider web with broom to get memory disc.
Cut hole in bell with glass cutter. Examine hole and get all the cocoons.
Go back to waterfall. Examine mound of earth for Hidden Object scene.
Place piece if paper in typewriter and get one of the writings.
You get a frog. Return to underground lab.
Examine chemistry set. Place bird talon, frog, and cocoons on the table.
Place the bird talon, cocoons, and orange liquid in mortar.
Use pestle to liquefy content of mortar. Place mortar content in test tube.
Activate the liquidizer. Pour content of bottle on frog.
Place content of test tube and bowl into the vial.
Recap the vial and pick up the toxic liquid. Go back to bio lab.
Examine broken table for Hidden Object scene.
Move notebook to find photograph; Bring bones together to make up spine.
Bring pieces together to find mask.
You get mask. Return to botanical lab.
Examine roots of the tree and move leaves to use toxic liquid on roots.
Pick up elders key and pattern piece. Return to main room.
Examine base of pedestal, then charging hole.
Place purple elders key on pedestal and take charged elders key.
Step back to main room. Insert memory disc into intercom slot.
Go back to confinement room. Place charged elders key in pedestal of cell.
Enter operating room. Remove straps, mask, and pacemaker.

Recover the image on the bas-relief by dragging the stones. Take the trident and go back to the beach.
Examine the chest. Use the trident on the lock to open it. Take the miniature tower.
Go toward the tower. Examine model of temple. Place mini tower on model and take door handle.
Examine the mess for Hidden Object scene.
Open closet to find handle, 2 brushes, and a rail.
Place egg in the nest to get brood.
Put coffee beans in coffee grinder to get ground coffee.
You get door handle. Return to front of temple. Examine the doors of the temple.
Place the 2 door handles and push them down to open door.
Go through door to main room. Grab life stone. Examine central globe.
Open hatch and put crystal inside. Walk through the door to the Bio Lab. Pick up life stone.
Examine incubator. Find all components and get a bulb. Examine tray and pick up scalpel.
Examine broken table for Hidden Object scene. Assemble pieces to get cup.
You get power cable. Step back to main room. Get close to base of pedestal. Pick up 2 life stones.
Examine eyes of statue. Use scalpel 3 times to remove eye. Pick up glass eye.
Step back to main room.
Zoom in on door to mechanical lab. Place glass eye in middle.
Walk through door to mechanical lab. Examine table for Hidden Object scene.
You get magnet. Go back to courtyard.
Zoom in to base of fountain. Pick up memory disc and tweezers.
Move the 2 algae and the grid. Zoom in to hole. Use magnet to get gyroscope. Return to mechanical lab. Examine glowing table. Place bulb, power cable, and gyroscope on table to access puzzle.
Move bulbs so no beam of light is intersecting with another.
You need to solve it 3 times.
(Identify the bulbs that can be located around the periphery and move them away from center for better perspective.)
Take electronic card. Zoom in on door. Drag up plate and place electronic card in its hole.
Walk through door toward confinement room. During scene, press red button to cool down machines.
Step back toward confinement room. Take the 2 life stones.
Zoom in on luggage. Open bag and take lens. Pick up life stone.
Step back toward mechanical lab. Examine table to play Hidden Object scene.
You get stone head. Go back to bio lab. Zoom in on tray.
Fix glasses with lens. Pick up glasses. Go back to courtyard.
Examine statue. Place head stone and pick up elder’s key. Return to aviary.
Examine rocks. Move stone. Use tweezers to remove disc. Take memory disc.
Return to shipwreck. Examine chest. Use glasses on chest to launch puzzle.
You need to move both bolts so they fall into their correct spots at the same time.
Take elders key. Examine drawers for Hidden Object scene.
Fill pipe with tobacco and use match to get smoking pipe.
Use hammer on glass to get pink ink.
Go back to main room of temple. Approach intercom. Insert 2 memory discs in slots.
Step back toward main room. Approach base of pedestal. Examine charging hole.
Place elders key on station o get charged elders key. Step back to main room.
Approach door. Place 2 green charged elders key in alcoves. Walk through door toward round table.

Pick up the engraving. Return to the crash site.
Go toward the beach.
Examine the chest and take the miniature laboratory.
Examine the wooden crates.
Use the crowbar on the crates and move the lids. Use the bag with the snake.
Grab the wrench, the map, and the saw.
Get close to the tower and clear the planks with the saw. Take the plank.
Clear debris twice and open door. Enter tower.
Examine mess for Hidden Object scene.
Open the closet to find one of the handprints, locomotive and tower.
You get key Go back to the beach.
Examine the cabin door. Use wrench on handle and turn it to open door.
Enter shipwreck. Examine drawers for Hidden Object scene.
You get empty flask Examine debris. Find all pieces. You get rope ladder
Go back to the land.
Place rope ladder on broken ladder. Climb into aviary.
Examine chest for Hidden Object scene.
Place disk on radio to get chirping.
Move curtain to find painting.

Examine cage and find all objects to build screwdriver.

Open hatch, pick up oil can and carving tools.
Go toward beach. Examine the statue. Pick up the life stone and memory disc.
Remove the arms of the statue with the carving tools.
Pick up crystal. Go toward tower.
Examine shelf. Open lantern and matches. Fill lantern with oil and light with match.
Pick up symbol.
Examine mess for Hidden Objects.
Open closet to find razor.
You get gear Examine model of temple.
Place mini lab on it. Pick up memory disc. Return to aviary.
Examine intercom. Insert 2 memory pieces in slot. Return to stone wall doors.
Examine door and place gears and symbol to launch puzzle.
The 4 green symbols must be pointing center.
Turning dial 1 will cause dial 4 to turn in opposite direction.
Turning dial 2 will cause dials 1 and 3 to turn in the same direction and dial 4 opposite.
Turning dial 3 will cause dial 2 to turn opposite direction.
Turning dial 4 will cause dial 3 to turn same direction.
Go through stone wall doors.

Press the red button and take the printed map.

Go to the airship.
Zoom in on airship hatch and insert piston to launch puzzle.
Watch sequence of pistons to see which goes the lowest.
Then reproduce the sequence found 3 times.

Go inside the airship.
Zoom in on wheels and place the map on the wheel to launch puzzle.
Adjust wheels to numbers on map.
Press the red button.

I found the first few levels fairly easy, but really had trouble making gold on the last couple. I swear the timer runs faster on me. Any suggestions would be welcome for any levels.

I've put that grappling hook all over that plank and it does nothing for me.

I can find the Obsidian stones but where is the tool for the Old Craftsman?

I finished the game. After getting the last totem (sword) there is a note on one totem from the old lady in the tree explaining why she is gone. Insert the sword, then cross the stones to the floating house. There's an exit sign, you go through the door, and Alice says " and that's how it all began". That's the end - LOUSY ending!! Must be a sequel coming.

My biggest issue is that some resources are close to the screen edge or side panel and no matter where you click you can't get it. Occasionally you might hit some of them but there are a couple I clicked all over the area and could not get it. I have tried in different screens resolutions also.

I find that fixes are very slow in being taken care of. This makes for frustrated gamers. I think the games should be pretested a lot before release.
