constantly freezing up

everything was going fine till i cured the werewolf...then my game froze, i am online,have the latest direct x, unloaded and reloaded game...same thing

downloaded trial with microsoft extra...never got past big fish logo, uninstalled,reinstalled with supposedly 57 minutes left on trial and was told my trial was over! purchased the game, reinstalled,rebooted my computer and still can't get past big fish logo........any suggestions?

i can't get the bars down in the cave. is there a pink,blue,yellow sequence i'm missing or is it random and i'm just a loser at it?!!!!

i'm glad i'm not the only one....i'm in the same fix as gamedeeva. has anyone made use of the rooster,feather,jug of water? i need the ax head too.
