I believe that Ice Breath is the best item to disenchant for shards
While it is expensive to craft, it is inexpensive to gift
And it’s worth 40 shards!
As soon as I receive one I shard it
And return the favor ASAP by purchasing one for my friend
For those of you on PC
I would be happy to add a few friends to exchange Ice Shards with
PM me I will be happy to send them back/forth as often as you like.

I have lost my game on several occasions and Customer Service has been able to restore everything - Inventory, achievements, avatars, everything except my friends list. So I hope that you will give them a chance to do the same for you.
