I'm using windows 10. The screen is glitching non-stop . I uninstalled and reinstalled and it didn't help. Not sure how to make it stop doing that.

I am on the last section with the printer and the fan. I tried the hint button and its not really telling me what to do. Im trying to get the ink cartridge out of the fan. Any suggestions?
