The arrows are all pointed in. How do I get out of the box.

I keep clicking on the blue book but it won't zero in on a pistol that supposedly is to be there. I went back and retraced all my steps to see if I missed something. How do I access the pistol??????

I don't understand why all of the players are being ignored by Big Fish regarding the glitch in this game. If they don't have a solution then they need to contact "Freeze Tag" Games, who developed this game, to get a solution. I have sent e-mails to the "info@BFG" and received "We're sorry your having problems" rubbish. Is anyone else getting fed up with all the "canned" responses and no one taking us seriously. Maybe we all need to start looking at their competitor to see if they have better customer service. There not the only "Big Fish" in the ocean
