If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen
Game Compatibility

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.

The Forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly.

If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.

This error is most likely occurring because the friends that you're visiting don't have the latest version of the game. If you haven't done so already, please double-check to make sure you have the latest version of the game. Any available updates would be in the Updates section of the App Store. To confirm that you have the latest version, go to the gear icon, and then Credits. The version will be listed as Sunken Secrets v. 1.7.6.484 if you have the latest version installed.

We've also forwarded this issue to the appropriate teams so they can investigate further.

Thank you mamarose1900, a that's exactly what we would suggest to players when they've lost items in Midnight Castle.

upsetpissed, please send our Customer Support team an email from the Contact Us page and include your in-game ID as well as a brief description of what happened. A representative will get back to you as quickly as they can. If you do receive an automated email, please reply to it to let them know that assistance is still needed.

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to drop by and address some issues that have been brought up in this thread.

The Coral Event is designed to only credit one coral. If players were somehow able to get more than one, then this is some kind of technical issue in the game.

If you're experiencing technical issues such as the balloons taking more than 12 hours, please contact our Support Team with your ID in the game, as well as a screen shot that shows it's taking longer than 12 hours so that issue can be investigated further.

Regarding the permanent slots in the ovens, the seaweed and sea salt are designed to disappear from the game after the event is completed, however, an issue has come up for some players where the permanent slots that were purchased for the furnace during the event disappear as well. This was not by design and is an issue that was fixed on our end yesterday on February 1st.

Moving forward when players complete the event, their permanent slots should not disappear. For players who are still playing the event, please completely close the game and open it to get the fix for this issue.

If you were impacted by this issue before it was fixed, please reach out to our Support Team team so they can help with getting those permanent slots back in your game.

Hi there!

swift101, that is a great question. Thymara is right in that if you link your game to Facebook, your profile picture on Facebook will automatically be your profile picture in Sunken Secrets.

If you're not linked to Facebook, then you'll need to either create or sign into a Big Fish account, as your game needs to be linked to an email address in order to be able to change your profile picture in the game.

Here is a help article with additional information about how to link to an email address in our F2P games:

Once you're linked or if you're already linked, you can also change your profile picture by following these steps:

1. Open the game and click on the gear icon on the left
2. Click the Facebook icon
3. Another window will appear with Edit your profile at the top
3. Click the + sign on the photo box
4. From there, you can choose to either take a new picture or choose one from your existing photo gallery.
