Game cannot continue as I cannot get the emblem imprint from the chest in the Guard Outpost (Chapter 8). The magnifying glass icon appears but nothing else happens when I click on it ... fixes please

There is no way to get the imprint of the chest emblem and so continue with the game?
Anyone else have the problem or a solution? All I get is the magnifying glass icon and nothing happens - in the outpost. |
