I cannot find the last sports ball in the school house. In the guide it looks liks=es a rubberband ball but I cannot pick it up. Also I am unable to pick up the Ir camera at the motel and don't know how to find the license plate #. Can someone help me? Please?

I need to get back to front gate but seem to not ba able to. I have the two keys to get the last figurine but am stuck at the entrance with statue and if I go down I wind up at the gonola and cannot go down any farther. Someone please help.
